Metal moulds for production foamed concrete blocks.

Moulds are meant for production of foam concrete blocks of certain dimension-types. Foam concrete produced in a plant is poured into a mould, is kept in it from 10 to 16 hours (the time depends on the temperature, the amount of added accelerant, etc.). After that the mould is disassembled and ready foam concrete blocks are taken out. This means that on he assumption of ideal conditions, 2 cubic meters of foam concrete blocks a day can be produced in one mould.

The size of blocks depends on the mould. The price list contains moulds for production of blocks of 3 standard sizes:

500х300х100(200)mm in these moulds blocks of two sizes can be produced: 500х300х100mm and 500х300х200mm
600х300х100(200)мм in these moulds blocks of two sizes can be produced: 600х300х100mm and 600х300х200mm
400х200х2мм in these moulds blocks of one size can be produced.

When producing the moulds, we have taken into consideration our 5-year-long experience of production of foam concrete blocks, due to which:

The exactness within the limits of 1mm per block is guaranteed
The moulds have the most convenient construction, they can be easily disassembled and are serviced by one person without assistants or additional equipment
We guarantee no leakages without the use of lining
Moulds are resistant to outer impacts and are very durable
